Lancaster, Ohio, May 25, -- Fairfield County Engineer Frank Anderson announced Fosnaugh School Road SW (CR 4) is now open to traffic following the replacement of Bridge AMA-21 across Turkey Run. The closure was on Fosnaugh School Road SW between St. Rt. 188 and Stout Road SW.
