Lancaster, Ohio April 21 -- Fairfield County Engineer Frank Anderson announced on Wednesday April 26, Carroll Northern NW will be closed between the northern intersection of Basil Western Road NW and Busey Road NW for culvert replacement beginning at 7:30 AM and remaining closed until 3:30 PM that same day. 

    The area affected will be between the north intersection of Basil Western Road NW and House Number 8131 on Carroll Northern Road NW.
