BID PACKAGE ON-LINE ORDER FORM

Currently our office runs on the honor system to have bid packages mailed to you directly.  If you fail to pay in a timely manner we have the right to choose not to send you a bid package through the mail and request that you come directly to our office to order your package and pay for any other orders that you may have made previously.  All Bid Packages must be received no later then 11 a.m. on the date of the bid.
