LEGAL NOTICE ‑ BIDS

Sealed Bids will be received AT the Office of the Fairfield County Engineer, 3026 West Fair Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio 43130, until 11:00 A.M., local time, March 12, 2004 for spraying for weed control around specified obstacles within the rights-of-way of the 353 miles of roads in the Fairfield County Road System and at Bridges on Township and County Roads. Detailed specifications with bidding documents are on file at the said County Engineer's Office.  Bids shall include a complete proposal, on forms in the bidding documents, and may be picked up at the said County Engineer's Office.  There is a five dollar non-refundable charge for Bid Sets.  Bids shall be opened and tabulated on the date and hour set forth above and shall include (on forms furnished) a complete proposal including price and delivery date and be in accordance with the plans and specifi�cations.  A 10% Bid Bond is required, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners.  The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
