����������������������������������������������� ADVERTISEMENT TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Fairfield County Engineer, 3026 West Fair Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio 43130-3878, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday,December 5, 2003, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Bridge Liberty 31 Replacement Project, and at said time and place, publically opened and read aloud.

Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained at said office for a non-refundablefee of $15.00.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State Ohio to provide said surety.

Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than June 27, 2004, with work to be completed within a twelve (12) consecutive week period.

All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.

Bidders must comply with the Federal Prevailing Wage Rates on this Public Improvement in Fairfield County, Ohio..

The Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
