LEGAL NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT TO
BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Fairfield County
Engineer; 3026 West Fair Avenue; Lancaster, Ohio 43130, until
11:00 a.m. local time on
Friday, September 24, 2010, for furnishing all labor, materials, and
equipment necessary to complete the project known as
FAI-TR245-4.120 Cherry Lane Phase 2 Rehabilitation Project,
and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract documents, bid sheets, plans, and specifications can be obtained
at said office for a non-refundable fee of $20.00.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and
Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company
or Corporation licensed in the State of
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties
submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.
Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of
similar size and complexity. The
Owner intends and requires that this project may not commence prior to April 12,
2011, and must be completed no later than July 30, 2011, with work to be
completed within an 11 consecutive week period.
